Aitchisons Sustain Positive Customer Feedback Again

For the third year running Aitchisons have maintained positive customer feedback levels at an incredibly high 96%.

Very few agents are as concerned about getting it right as we are, to the extent that we ask all our customers to complete a questionnaire once we have completed dealing with their property.

Constructive feedback enables Aitchisons to monitor and interpret our clients’ level of satisfaction and we constantly analyze our performance to ensure we improve our service to our clients wherever possible.

We are very pleased that such a high proportion of our customers have taken the time to participate in providing us with feedback and delighted with the results.

Having analyzed feedback forms for the last 12 months, 96% of customers have rated our service as good or very good.

Our level of service was based upon a number of key considerations including our staff, sales particulars and website, communication, overall quality of service and value for money.

We very much hope we can be of future service to previous and new clients.
