Aitchisons Expansion Continues

Aitchisons are delighted to announce the opening of their newest residential agency office in Elstree & Borehamwood. The office under the Directorship of William Susman will be managed by Darren Hopcroft who together have been responsible for the successful growth of the nearby Radlett office.

“ As a result of the phenomenal success in Radlett where we have become one of the market leaders within a year of opening I saw that there was also a demand within nearby Elstree & Borehamwood for the same professionalism and high level of customer service that had proved to be the successful recipe for Radlett”, said William.

Aitchisons expansion continues to show that there is always room in a mature market for a “new player”. The heavy investment in IT, local and national advertising and the use of new and innovative marketing techniques have proved a real winner with their clients.

“We believe in investing in and becoming part of the community and as such are responsible for sponsoring a number of local events”.

The office will work closely with the rest of the Aitchisons network and be able to offer additional Hertfordshire wide coverage via the Radlett, Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted offices. William continues “The New Homes team, one of the market leaders in Hertfordshire, and the Town Planning team mean that we will be able to offer the very highest quality and professional advice to both large landowners and homeowners who are considering maximising their assets through development”.

The prominence of the office, opposite Marks & Spencer in Shenley Road, will ensure properties will be given maximum exposure and the number of deals already agreed since opening are indeed testament to the location and the hard work of the team.
