Aitchisons Support the Hospice of St Francis

Aitchisons are delighted to continue to assist the fund raising activities of the Hospice of St Francis.

Our previous news item of 9 March 2007 explains our key role in the Hospice’s relocation to their new premises.

Very recently, Aitchisons were pleased to be one of the sponsors of the Hospice’s “Walk with the Stars” event.

800 ladies walked 12 miles, raising well in excess of £100,000 in sponsorship money.

Helen Satterthwaite, Trust and Corporate Development Manager of the Hospice, stated

‘thanks to generous sponsors and donors like you who have helped us cover the event’s costs, it means that all the walkers money can go directly to patient care, thank you’.
