The Town Planning Team within Aitchison Raffety Group operate as Brian Barber Associates, providing planning advice to land owners, developers, health trust & local authorities on a wide range of planning matters throughout the UK. A valuable input is made through negotiating on development proposals & the identification of land for commercial & residential development, often overcoming specific problems & leading to new development to the benefit of our clients.
